Wedding Flowers

Apart from the hectic workload I struggled just now and the braving of the rush hour traffic, I went to meet up with my friend only to have myself downing a large cup of milk and 2 pills of aspirin. My friend was making me loose my bearings with her pacing, worrying and the less than organised wedding list.

Not only was the wedding 2 more months to go, the lady had to start all of her planning in her usual style, Last Minute. Since it was going to be the traditional Malay wedding whereby more than 1000 people will be attending the reception and of course the wedding ceremony, a lot of things had to be prepared.

First off was the wedding lists, then comes the food consumption committee which are able to bear the brunt of 1000 or more hungry people, exchange of wedding gifts for the groom, the wedding costumes, the wedding decorations and of course the wedding flowers.

Flowers can be considered as one of the most important part in a wedding. During the olden times, a thrown and stomped on bouquet of flowers can symbolize the purity of the bride which can sometimes embarrass the said bride.

Then the choice of flowers are also important. So to lessen all the fuss and restore back the peace and quite of my little outing group, I introduced the soon to be bride to bulk wedding flowers. For a fixed and affordable price, customers can get a very money worth wedding package.

This promotion is very well received by the customers as they can receive 23 pieces, including bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquet, corsages, boutonnieres, and table arrangements. Everything will be chosen by the bride, but in my case chosen by her unlucky bridesmaid.

Stop the twitching!

Doing international trade is quite the challenging issue. Everyday, well almost everyday I have to keep track of the current fuel prices, freight charges, transport fee and at the same time answer all the questions from my customers on the phone immediately.

Which is why I really need my internet, computer, network to the main server working smoothly. But there were times when I have to grit my teeth because someone just had to twitch the wrong connections and the whole system became haywire.

I need quick information at my fingertips and every single second counts especially when you know that the customer you are talking to is in a verge of saying, "Kindly proceed with sending your company's banking details. I shall T/T or L/C or make whatever payments to you later."

Some inconsiderate people just will never understand the meaning of information at your fingertips. Heck, I even had my supplier online (msn or skype) while I converse with my customers. That is how efficient the technology these days.

So to those who are responsible for the system breakdown just now, stop the nonsense else I shall personally see to it your monthly wages got cut.

Comprende?

Overload

It's Monday. Suppose to be a slagging day for everyone. But unfortunately its a super-duper bullet speed happenings in the office.

Ugh...

Brain Cells in a multitude of puree.. Too many Sales Enquiries to answer, not enough heads to share. One calculator, One Syikin... Network overload...

Results= Syikin brain shutdown....

Not making any sense am I? That's what I'm feeling now...

Good form of investment

A few days back, the price for crude oil per barrel has reached every trader's worse nightmare, USD100 per barrel. In the increase of the price, normal expenses such as groceries, monthly electricity bills and others has also spiked up.

As it is, the inflation rate in Singapore has reached to almost a 5% inflation by the end of the year and I'm expecting it to rise further in the 2008 along with the increase of the oil prices which I'm predicting to reach to USD 130 per barrel by the end of Dec 2008.

So in this case, it's best I start buying gold coins and then sell it off during those 'peak' periods when I know the investment will surely reap in the bounty which I have heavily invested in. One of the best commodity to be investing at the moment, other than the crude oil like Russian D2, Mazut 100 and such well none will best the most precious metal in the world, 99.9% gold.

AKA Gold Bars or gold coin.. whichever form your prefer.

However without a perfect source to buy such items, the chances of you getting your pocket ripped out is very high. Therefore its best to approach only the liecensed and best dealers in town. One of them is morgan dollars.

It has great after purchase service apart from being a rare coin dealer. They also have a monthly subscription news to keep you update on the latest happenings of the best rare coins and the worth of each piece.

Finally got my I-Banking approved

Yesterday I finally managed to get a letter from POSB stating that my application was approved. A few times I had applied online for my E-Banking or was it I-Banking, and it was always turned down, without any valid reason that still made me clueless.

It's not like as if I'm overdraft by a few thousands or there was a big fat ZERO in my bank account. Anyway, it's approved now and that's more important. I can easily track my payments received from my internet based job and plan the budget and job goals each month.

And of course not to forget, pay my bills online. Yup.. Totally happy it got approved this time.
